Dream Builders Foundation is co-founded by Marcelle and Ebony Stover, a husband and wife team with a shared vision to make a lasting impact in their community. After facing personal challenges, including the incarceration of one of the founders, they were inspired to create a nonprofit that would provide hope and support for at-risk youth and individuals re-entering society after incarceration. Their unique experiences and unwavering passion fuel their mission to empower others, offering resources and guidance to help build brighter futures for those in need.
